Instructions on how to make a Renq Price Beat
Guarantee claim and the offer form part of these
Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is
deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Guarantee is not valid in conjunction with any other
offer.
Renq Price Beat Guarantee claims are only available to Australian customers who has contracted and paid at least 50% deposit to Renq. Agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to make a Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim.
Offer only available for new customers only To make a Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim, claimants must obtain a quote from a competitor of Renq for a lower price than the price paid for what is deemed a comparable quote by the Rules of Comparison. If this Quote is accepted by the Renq as comparable the claimant will receive a refund for:
a) the difference between the Contract and the Quote and
b) 10% of the Quote, both will be in the form of a credit to their Renq Account or EFT to the nominated bank account.
The rules of comparison are as follows:
a) The Quote must be a bona fide full written quote for a substantially similar cover from an Australian Company, showing full details of their scope of work and time frame;
b) Renq will compare the quality of work is of similar standards.
c) Renq will confirm the validity of the quote. To make a Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim the Renq customer must call and notify the Customer Services Operator of their intention to claim the guarantee. They will be requested to fax a copy of the written quote through. The Quote will be assessed against the rules of comparison and a judgement made.
Claimant must provide genuine, reliable evidence of the Quote, to Renq within 21 days of the date of original Renq invoice for verification purposes. Failure to provide sufficient evidence of a valid Quote may, in the absolute discretion of Renq result in invalidation of all of that claimant's claims. Evidence considered sufficient is at the discretion of Renq.
Renq reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Renq Price Beat Guarantee claims and to disqualify any claimant who submits a Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the 3D Architect Price Beat Guarantee claim process. Failure by Renq to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Renq Price Beat Guarantee claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants guilty of fraud or failure to disclose all relevant information at the time of applying for a Renq Contract or when making a Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim are also ineligible.
If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Renq, Renq reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to
a) disqualify any claimant and/or
b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Renq (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Renq's control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Renq) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Renq;
d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; and/or
f) use of the offer.
Renq collects personal information in order to conduct the Offer. A Renq Price Beat Guarantee claim is conditional on providing this information.
